Munei Raphalalani

Managing Director

Munei is a former graduate from Vaal University of technology (former Vaal Technikon) and Tswane University of Technology, where he attained a National Diploma in metallurgy and a B-Tech in metallurgy.

A product of Xstrata alloys bursary graduate programme, he started his career at Xstrata Wonderkop as a trainee metallurgist being trained at various levels from laboratory operation to plant supervision. While at Xstrata he gained experience in the analysis of a wide range of minerals from coal, metallurgical coal (coke), chrome, limestone, dolomite to name a few.

Sharon Musiiwa Mugubi

Chief Operating Officer

Sharon graduated at Vaal University of Technology with a national diploma and a B-Tech in chemistry. She started her career at Afrisam Ulco (Kimberly works) as a Trainee Laboratory Technician and worked at various levels until she was appointed as an Assistant laboratory Manager at Dudfield Cement Factory.

She has been trained and has worked with extensive laboratory instruments from Leco SC144 DR (Analysis of Coal Calorific Value & Sulphur) XRF machines, Toni Technik, Hydrolic Press and Alpine while testing a wide range of materials.

Nomcebo Nhlengethwa

Quality Manager

Nomcebo holds a bsc chemistry degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal and an honours from the University of Pretoria. Here experience dates back in back in Swaziland where she began her career gaining exposure in operation and maintanance of laboratory equipment’s. She has been involved in research and managing of laboratories.

Thabo Matthews Montsho

Senior Chemist

Matthew’s, a metallurgy graduate from Vaal University of Technology. Thabo started his career at Impala Platinum mineral processing laboratory as an analyst. He worked at various levels within the mineral processing laboratory, analysing and testing a vast majority of PGM's. At Impala platinum he was exposed to different laboratory methods from sample preparation, pulverizing to analyzing a wide range of PGM's while using modern lab machines from XRF to XRD which trace elements within a mineral.
